Head of Apprenticeships & Business Development

Our client is a leading provider of further and higher education with a long history of serving the learners, communities, and businesses in the college's locality and the surrounding areas. They support almost 5,000 young people, 1,500 apprentices, over 1,000 degree and postgraduate learners and almost 10,000 adults every year and are in the top 5 large providers for apprenticeships in the country.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Apprenticeships & Business Development to lead and expand their apprenticeship programmes and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with employers and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements, and driving the growth and quality of their apprenticeship provision.
