Supply Chain Intern (31917)

6-month internship offer, without possibility of apprenticeship（Offre de stage de 6 mois, sans possibilité d'alternance).

Responsibilities:

• Build new solutions and deliver insights through digital supply chain;
• Responsible for organizing and monitoring the end to end delivery fulfillment, co-coordinating with cross-functional teams including but not limited to logistics, rework or planning team to secure on-time delivery;
• Keep routine and close communication with WEU region, country sales & sales Operation Team as well as clients to make sure all the delivery information is always aligned among stakeholders;
• Conduct CPFR Call & Coordinate with the customer by sharing the weekly delivery plan;
• Handle the information flows from orders, shipments;
• Monitor and analyze the operation figures (forecast, sales, stock…) to keep reasonable stock level.

Requirements:

• Student currently enrolled in a master’s program of a business/ engineering school or university with logistics, supply chain management or similar majors;
• Strong analytical skills, with creativity, always willing to initiate;
• Good command of written and oral French and English; ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hardworking and willing to work under pressure.
