Who we are:

After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Superieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve the labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI.

Having developed a proprietary AI and workflow technology from the ground up that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates for the right jobs without bias, and automates it all, HrFlow.ai has already gained traction with over +1,000 clients, large and small.

Your Mission

As a Developer Advocate & Relationships at HrFlow.ai, your mission is to bridge the gap between our technology and the global developer community. You will engage with developers worldwide to promote HrFlow.ai's products, provide technical guidance, and gather feedback to drive product improvements. Your role is crucial in building a strong, vibrant community around our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the developer community through conferences, meetups, webinars, and social media.
• Create technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, and sample applications to educate developers on HrFlow.ai's products.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay developer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Provide technical support and guidance to developers integrating HrFlow.ai's APIs and tools.
• Build and nurture relationships with key developers, partners, and influencers in the HR tech space.
• Organize and participate in hackathons, workshops, and other developer-focused events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to developers.

About You - Must Have

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Developer Advocate, Developer Evangelist, or similar role.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience creating technical content (blogs, tutorials, documentation).
• Passion for engaging with developer communities and building relationships.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

About You - Bonus

• Experience in the HR tech industry or with B2B SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning fundamentals.
• Active contributor to open-source projects.
• Established presence in developer communities and on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, or Medium.
• Experience organizing or speaking at tech events.
