About The Internship

Our Internship Program lasts 3-6 months. You will be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business. As well as on-the-job learning, you have the rare chance to create a global impact - we're moving real people and assets and reinventing transportation and logistics. We offer expansive mentorship from Cainiao employees to guide you through your internship experience and for you to build personal connections and friendships with hardworking people who share your passion for technology.

What You'll Do

1.Continuously improve the efficiency of the delivery process, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively;

2.Approach data analysis, problem-solving, and solution design with a customer-centric focus;

3·Establish a network where you have the opportunity to connect with colleagues globally, from day-to-day tasks to special events;

4·Work in collaboration with other regional managers and relevant personnel to learn all aspects of operations related to our business；.

Basic Qualifications

1.Associate degree or above, open to all majors (priority given to those studying Logistics/Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering), and expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025 (must not have received a diploma yet);

2·Strong desire to learn, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;

3·Lively personality, able to react quickly in a constantly changing environment and work under pressure;

4·Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of independent data analysis and proposing data-driven solutions. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills in English and the local language, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred;

5·Availability for an offline internship for more than two months.
