Operations Graduate

As Operations Graduate, you will focus on assisting and developing our asset management and remarketing functions whilst supporting the wider Lease operations structure. This role involves developing the growth of our remarketing activities across our Short Term Rental, and Lease fleets.

Your responsibilities will include the development and expansion of our sales channels, and you will support the B2B and B2C platforms. Additionally, you will assist in creating and implementing our “Re-lease” strategy for second-life vehicles, ensuring effective utilisation of assets and driving our residual value performance.

Key skills, knowledge, experience & qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Fluent in English language (to effectively manage Customer, Colleague and Supplier relationships)

The role is a 1 year FTC and the salary is £25K.
