2. Your role and responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the business unit such as the sales support team, fund management, or compliance to address requests/questionnaires from consultants and ensure the provision of appropriate information about the products and the company.
- Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate and gather the necessary financial information for inquiries and rankings on alternative investments. Regularly update and verify consultant data in the database, in line with the product matrix to ensure the accuracy of monthly and quarterly product information.
- Supervise quality control (both quantitatively and qualitatively) with the support of the Omni service provider. Contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires, while supporting the regular production of reports (TMAM, Townsend).
3. SHARE your unique expertise
Experience
Prior experience in asset management or financial market
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of financial products within asset management (alternative is a plus)
- Fluent in English and any other language a plus
- Literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Capacity to work under tight external deadlines
- Show initiative and able to prioritise
- Ability to challenge requests (sales and sales support, SMEs)
- Proven coordination skills and ability to work across countries
- Project management / team player: lead and finish a project, take interest in and contribute to the work of the team, liaise where appropriate with other groups
- Leadership spirit: takes full responsibility for delivering the data and databases required, ability to build consensus between departments with different objectives
- Enjoys working in an international environment
- Curious, rigorous and precise
