Salesforce Technical Lead

London Bridge

Up to £75,000

We are looking to recruit a Salesforce Technical Lead. Internally you will be known as our Salesforce Senior Developer.

As a Salesforce Technical, you will be working within the Salesforce Team to manage and develop the Salesforce platform, overseeing the Salesforce Development Team and ensuring the integration, development, and maintenance of both new and existing features.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Salesforce Development Team, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Plan, prioritise, and manage the teams workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Translate user stories into functional and actionable software within Salesforce, adhering to best practices.
  • Perform unit, integration, and performance testing of new product functionality.
  • Collaborate with development scrum teams and IT groups to optimise the end-to-end process, including monitoring and deployment.
  • Investigate and resolve issues identified during testing.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Strong technical experience with Salesforce, including development and integration.
  • Salesforce Certified Developer (required).
  • Proven experience managing a team, including performance management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions within Salesforce.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and performance testing in Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
