Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive Salary: As a new recruiter starting out in the industry, we offer a competitive starting salary from £23500.
• Incentives: As well as your basic salary we have a competitive commission structure plus performance based incentives.

About Your Role:

• Sourcing Talent: As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant at Corecom Consulting youll Identify and engage with candidates using a variety of innovative sourcing methods.
• Relationship Building: Youll be building strong and long lasting relationships with candidates and clients whilst building your network.
• Client Management: Youll be building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients whilst understanding their needs and delivering first class recruitment solutions.

What are We Looking For?

• Recent Graduates or those who are keen to enter the world of Tech Recruitment.
• Highly motivated individuals who are ambitious and driven. A desire to succeed in a competitive environment is key!
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for individuals who have excellent verbal skills.
• Resilient! You need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to adapt to every scenario!
