Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: Haringey, London
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students learning across various subjects.
• Work with small groups of students or on a one-to-one basis to provide targeted support and interventions.
• Help to prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
• Support the social and emotional development of students, encouraging positive behaviour and a nurturing environment.
• Supervise students during break times, lunchtimes, and school activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as marking, record-keeping, and organizing classroom displays.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

About You:

• A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to the needs of the school.
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in education, with a desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus but not
