What you become a part of

At CCEP, we strongly believe in attracting and developing new talent into our business to provide you with the scope to accelerate your learning and identify undoubtable potential. Our apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that, you will be learning on the job working with experts in Logistics. This 4 year programme will see you immersed into the world of Logistics, working with our internal teams and external partners

What will you do

  • The apprentice will work with our logistic teams to build an understanding of the distribution network and processes across the UK.
  • Working alongside experienced colleagues to build the knowledge required to become an expert in this supply chain field
  • Connecting with our customer service teams to understand what production and deliveries are being planned

  • 48 months blended programme will immerse you in the world of Supply Chain. Throughout the programme, you will attend our training providers’ site for lectures and then apply your learning on the job.
  • Recognised degree qualifications
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
  • £23.510 per year with an annual salary review.
  • Exceptional training and development throughout the duration of your apprenticeship.

What we expect of you

Think you have what it takes to be a part of our apprentice programme? Just a few things we would need from you:

  • Desirable - 3 A Levels (including science or similar related subject) or equivalent to 104 UCAS Points
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Lived in England for three years minimum
