As a Resource Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Resource Officers to deliver workforce and people deployment solutions, often in fast paced and changing environments. You will work in partnership with stakeholders, using your commercial mindset, business acumen and Management Information (MI) to inform and influence decisions.

As a Resource Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Resource Officers to deliver workforce and people deployment solutions, often in fast paced and changing environments. What your day will look like:
- Responsible for the management of all demand requests using w orkforce planning systems.
- Support the Resourcing Senior Lead to deliver on business strategic and people priorities including fair work allocation, regular skills reviews etc.
- Responsible for the operational rhythm and delivery of reporting insights that are informative and provide clear trends and risks and actions for the business to take.
- Responsible for overall headcount planning and movements including monthly reconciliation, interaction with Human Capital (HC) and recruitment for people planning. Includes: Transfers in/out, Secondments, Visa checks, and supporting business cases for permanent moves. Annual headcount budget planning and half year review.
- Responsible for the Line Management, development and coaching of the officer within the team.
This role is for you if:
- You bring experience from Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Recruitment, or Operational people management.
- Y ou excel in stakeholder management and influencing, with the ability to build authentic long-term relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
- You demonstrate resilience and the ability to work under pressure, with a proven ability to operate under conflicting priorities, tight deadlines, and demanding stakeholder needs.
- You communicate with impact, using different communication styles appropriate to the audience.
- You have strong commercial and business acumen, including the ability to use resourcing metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making across a business unit. Additionally, you possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
