Per Diem PhysicianJob Location: Seattle, WAJob Type: Per Diem, 1099.Pay Rate: $180/hr for onsite patient care, $140/hr for telemedicine lab review.Schedule: 10/8, 10/9 and 10/15 and 10/16 (8:00am- 5:30pm).Full DescriptionVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Seattle, WA. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.Responsibilities:Provide general wellness checkups.Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.Prescribe low impact and high satisfaction medicine (as needed).Requirements:MD degreeMinimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.Current license to practice in the state of WA.Board certification in specialty.Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.Preventive medicine oriented.Patient education driven.Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).Must be able to commute to Seattle, WA.About VitalCheck WellnessVitalCheck Wellness is a fast-growing healthcare company with presence in the United States, Asia and Europe.
