Today we are searching for a trainee in Marketing (M/F) for an apprenticeship of 12 months.

Profile

• Student with B.A. / Master program in Business Administration, (International) Marketing, or similar
• Interested in automotive & industrial markets / B2B Marketing
• Interested in/ first experience in Operational Marketing (sales support materials, events)
• Interested in/ first experience in Digital Marketing (Web, Social media)
• French : fluent, English proficiency

Skills

Hands-on, organized, able to take initiative and cope with variety of tasks

Strong communication skills, creativity and ability to bring in own ideas

Outgoing personality with strong team spirit

• Good stakeholder management - Ability to communicate in an effective manner with internal and external parties (France & EMEA)
• Affinity for texting (French/ English) would be a plus
• IT skills:

-PPT, Excell (vlook ups), Word

-Ideally basic knowledge of Adobe suite, particularly Indesign

-Ideally experience in working with web content management systems (CMS) / Drupal and Social Media

Tasks

• Dealing with a number of different internal (sales, logistics, accounting, other marketing managers) and external (suppliers, agencies) actors, the trainee will offer support to the Marketing and Communication Manager on French and European projects/ activities, such as (list not exhaustive):

1. Translation and creation of product & sales materials for the French Automotive and Industrial teams based on the European documents (presentations, leaflets, web ...)
2. Update of French and English web site
3. Operational Marketing support for French Automotive Aftermarket (POS, Private label, campaigns) and Industrial (PR, small events, etc)
4. Creation of European product communication materials for automotive Aftermarket
5. Support on management presentations, reports, etc
6. Administrative support (purchase orders, invoices, payments, etc)
