In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Software Development Qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Customise and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Develop and maintain configuration items (CIs) and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Design and develop custom applications and integrations
  • Create and modify forms, fields, and workflows
  • Responsible for all areas of the development lifecycle.
  • Languages used are as follows - GlideScript, JavaScript, HTML,CSS, AngularJS
  • Bug fixes will be a part of daily work including Logical errors, system-level bugs and Functional Errors
  • Testing includes Functional testing, end to end testing, integration testing

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • £18,000 per annum
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

  • A keen interest in Software Development and an eagerness to a long term career in the industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Grade 6/B in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English
