Are you passionate about educating apprentices, school leavers, and mature students? Do you possess the skills to create engaging lessons and nurture a supportive learning environment? If so, this role is perfect for you!
Working with a team of passionate educators, this is an excellent opportunity to work with and inspire young adults. Boasting state of the art facilities within a specialist building, you will have access to: digital labs, teaching rooms, study spaces and social environments. All of which are equipped with technologies for flexible digital learning, to enable successful delivery of the programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Tutoring/Training Digital to Adults based on a College Campus.
Plan your own classes/courses based on student abilities.
Identifying the digital learning needs of the organisation or target audience to tailor programs effectively.
Customizing training approaches to accommodate different learning styles, such as hands-on practice, visual aids, or written resources.
Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):
Holds a minimum Level 3 Teaching Qualification (preferred).
Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
