As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the educational experience for our students across Key Stages 1 and 2.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Support individual and group work, catering to diverse learning needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.

• Help with planning and implementing educational activities and interventions.
