Dialysis Experience is NOT required.Shift Expectations: Average 3 - 4 shifts per week, alternating Saturday, off SundaysOperational Hours: 4:00AM - 9:30PM, closed SundaysShifts are usually 10 - 12hrs long, some overtimeFirst 9 - 12weeks of employment are spent in hemodialysis trainingDaVita Outpatient RN Job Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; Graduate Nurse pre-licensure available in some locationsA desire to deliver care in an empathetic, compassionate way.
