Part-time Infusion RN - Oncology - Outpatient - Rockland NY

A hospital in New York is looking to add a licensed Registered Nurse to join their Outpatient Oncology center in Rockland County as a Nurse Coordinator. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Setting: Outpatient Specialty: Oncology Patient Population: Adults Responsibilities: The Infusion RN will Provide the primary point of contact between the patient and the interdisciplinary team in outpatient settings Perform frequent patient evaluations, including monitoring and tracking vital signs Perform procedures such as IV placement, phlebotomy, and administering medications Handle other duties, as needed Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in an Oncology and/or Infusion role Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OCN certificationONS Chemo/Biotherapy certification
