Sierra Vista Behavioral Health Center is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to be the newest member of our awesome team!Salary Range: $44.00-$50.00Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual's unique talent?If yes, how you will contribute to the team:As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.Writing, initiating and revising plan of care, as needed.Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering mediations and treatments as prescribed.Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; andPromoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.Must Have:RN with current licensure to practice in the stateComprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residentsStrong communication and organizational skillsSelf-directed and able to work with minimal supervisionNice to Have:Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environmentNursing experience providing direct care to multiple residentsBehavioral care / memory care experienceExperience with Point Click Care (PCC)Who we are:Sierra Vista believes in cultivating a family culture and thrives on person-centered care.
