Job Description
One of our Fortune 500 clients (a Major Healthcare Company) is looking for Hardworking & motivated talents to join their awesome team. The QA professional will establish and maintain testing standards, processes, and tools to ensure consistency across the Digital team. They will develop automated regression tests, write user story acceptance criteria, perform testing, provide defect information, and assist with resolution and retesting.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in quality assurance methodologies and website development.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Advanced knowledge of quality assurance processes, defect management tools, diff/merge tools and accessibility compliance (508 and WCAG 2.0).
- Knowledge of the agile software development methodologies, content management system
(CMS) development and software development lifecycle. - Understanding of digital channels: websites, mobile, CRM, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Ability to work and function in a complex corporate system environment and be a champion of our digital strategy efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate/collaborate
effectively with all levels of employees, management, and external organizations.
Major Responsibilities
QA Standards & Processes:
- Create and maintain up-to-date QA standards for current browsers and operating systems.
- Develop and improve QA processes to ensure product quality.
- Evaluate and recommend QA software/hardware.
- Maintain the QA lab to support testing activities, ensuring effective use of the QA budget.
- Build and maintain an automated regression testing program to minimize issues from new functionality/content.
- Work with project teams to ensure proper acceptance criteria for user stories.
- Participate in project planning to assign appropriate testing coverage.
- Mentor colleagues and stakeholders on QA processes, standards, and tools.
- Execute testing, including developing test plans, running scripts, exploratory testing, logging/managing defects, and reporting results.
- Resolve QA issues promptly.
