IT QA Test Analyst 2-UAT position

Role: IT QA Test Analyst 2-UAT position

Location: Warren, MI (Need locals)

Work Environment: 1-2 times in office per week plus remote, work schedule: 8am-5pm EST

UAT LEAD:
• Proven experience in UAT test case design, UAT test case review, UAT test case execution, and defect management, and preparing UAT test reports
• Ability to provide daily support and direction for a team of 3-4 people
• Triage and document bugs for tracking and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to escalate issues and resolve problems under tight timelines
• Communicate and resolve issues by facilitating discussion with testing team, development team members and product team
• Experience with ADO (TFS) a plus
• Compile weekly and monthly metrics
• Create consistent and clear reports on a daily basis
• Experience with SAFe Agile practices such as PI Planning events a plus
• Experience prioritizing tasks across different work streams to assure efficient use of resources

Candidate Requirements
• 3 years of testing/performing testing.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
