Fashion Planning Specialist - Trends:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Specialist - Trends to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fashion and related fields, with a keen eye for identifying and analyzing emerging trends across various platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate trend insights into actionable recommendations to drive product development and collection strategies. Proficiency in English is mandatory


Responsibilities:


● Monitor and analyze trends in fashion across diverse platforms including social media, runway shows, trade publications, and consumer behavior.

● Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging themes, styles, colors, and patterns relevant to our target market.

● Utilize analytical tools and data to track trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.

● Collaborate with design and product development teams to translate trend insights into innovative product concepts, prints, and collections.

● Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

● Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and market share to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings.


Qualifications:


● Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

● Proven experience in trend forecasting, market analysis, or product planning within the fashion industry.

● Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and design principles.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and insights effectively.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

● Fluency in English is required;
