About the Role

We are seeking a motivated FP&A and Strategy Intern to work alongside our Chief of Staff. This role will be focused in Financial Planning and Strategy, supporting with models and processes setting, strategic planning and communication, and data management & reporting backed up with analytical thinking. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, have the opportunity to learn with our talented team, and unlock career growth potential in our business. Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analysing financial data to support planning and strategic decision-making.

2. Reporting and Presentations:

• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate financial and strategic insights to stakeholders.

3. Financial Modelling:

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models for forecasting results and preparing actual vs. forecast analysis.

4. Planning support:

• Support the financial and strategic planning process, including budget creation and forecasting.

Requirements

1. Academic Background and Working Experience:

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
• Graduation in December 2025 or June 2026;
• Experience with at least one internship program/empresa júnior.

2. Hard Skills:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese & English (the interviews will be held in English);
• Knowledge in Finance and Accounting;
• Experience with financial analysis tools;
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Ability to analyse complex data and generate actionable insights.

3. Soft Skills:

• Communication: Ability to prepare clear reports and effective presentations;
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively;
