Sr. Deskside Technical Support Specialist to maintain and support IT equipment and software

Our valued client is looking for a Sr. Deskside Technical Support Specialist to maintain and support IT equipment and software . This is an on-site position in Halifax, NS Tasks include: D esktop support responsible for end user computing. Maintain & Support AV equipment in conference rooms and support additional audio/video requirements for events including town-hall meetings, VTC support and webcasts. Printer support. Windows OS installation, test and deploy windows images to LM Canada systems. Software installation & support Ensure IT practices are completed in accordance with LM Security practices. IT purchase requisitioning. Maintain accurate inventory of computer hardware and other IT equipment. Professional communication. Excellent customer service skills Must have: Prior experience delivering support in a Microsoft Windows (365) environment Experience supporting audio/visual equipment/software for use in conference rooms Eligible for secret clearance with the Federal Government Nice to have: Community college with a diploma (technician) Experience providing IT support in a production environment (in addition to general office IT) Apply
