A successful, independent property and real estate consultancy are looking for a Head of Building Surveying to join the business and support the development of their dilapidations service line.
The Head of Building Surveying role
In this role, the Head of Building Surveying will not only lead the development of the dilapidations service line but also oversee an impressive portfolio of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation and build to rent.

MRICS qualification is preferred
Dilapidations experience
Strong technical and commercial ability
