Educated Appointments are excited to be supporting a Cambridge based leading centre of learning and Ofsted rated GOOD provider to hire a Quality Assurance Lead to take charge of driving high standards across their apprenticeship programmes.
Our client are a vibrant and innovative centre of learning with campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon. They pride themselves on offering outstanding teaching and state-of-the-art facilities, which contribute to their reputation for excellence in various disciplines. With around 700 staff, 3,500 full-time students, and 4,500 apprentices, their campuses are bustling with energy and a commitment to high standards of education.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across our apprenticeship programmes.
* Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions, ensuring top-tier performance.
* Inspire and manage a team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
* Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.
Who We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
* A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system and its evolving landscape.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
