Job Description
Onsite Coordinator.
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for candidate queries and engagement.
A little bit about you:
You will be experienced and familiar with the recruitment industry.
Professional telephone manner and appearance
Willingness to interact with people face to face and over the phone to build relationships with candidates and clients.
Excellent standard of spoken and written English. Any other languages is always desirable to us.
Willingness to learn and develop.
Ability to work in a team and well with others.
Role Details:
£26000 per annum
Location: Luton
Hours: Monday to Friday: 05:30am- 1400 (some flexibility may be required)
Position is available for an immediate start.
Possibility of Temp to Perm
Here’s what you can expect to be doing:
First point of contact for all candidate queries
Checking workers have turned up for their shift and sourcung replacements.
Completing and keeping all relevant KPI reports and staffing planners up to date.
Handling payroll and invoice queries
Building a long-term trusted relationship with the client and agency workers
Understanding clients’ requirements and ensuring candidates have the relevant experience and are recruited within the required time frame.
Induct, assess and onboard all successful candidates.
Managing the full recruitment process: Placing and screening of adverts on relevant job boards and social media, conducting candidate interviews and assigning successful candidates to the role
