Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
I am currently working with a fast growing scale up based in Chelmsford who are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to step into a growing business where you can have full autonomy over the growth and development of the team.
Being the first one in the marketing department, you will work closely with the directors to ensure a clear strategy is set. With their strong market presence and existing clientele, you will focus on growing their online presence across multiple channels as well as generating leads for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to take that next step in their career, coming in as a Manager you will slowly grow into the role with full autonomy and a chance to be part of this businesses growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns.
Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Maintain and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).Social Media Management:
Create, curate, and manage published content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster community interaction.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize campaigns and enhance audience engagement.Content Creation:
Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content.
Manage and update the content calendar to ensure consistent delivery of content.Website Management:
Oversee the website's day-to-day operations, including content updates and site maintenance.
Implement SEO best practices to improve site ranking and visibility.
Monitor website performance, track analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience.What are we looking for:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress).
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, content creation, and website management.
B2B Lead generation
Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
Experience in analyzing data and using insights to drive marketing strategies.
