We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our Client Service team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues specific to BNYs Corporate Actions and Income services, and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY.

Supports clients in addressing complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed. Applies problem solving skills, experience and judgement to analyze information and mitigate any associated Risk. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.
Provides clients information related to BNY products and services representing Corporate Actions and Income lines of business and geographies and directs them to the appropriate resources, as needed; leverages a good understanding of broader BNY services and offerings. May be the central point of contact for business development and assume client onboarding and/or risk management responsibilities
Monitors client inquiries, resolves non-routine issues and escalates complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
Uses knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.
Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience. Recommends process improvements.
Supports multiple, moderately complex client accounts.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services required.

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
