Due to an internal promotion and expansion, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager, to join the team at our Mansfield based client, who are market leaders in their field.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience of working as a Sales Manager, managing sales teams in an office or call centre environment to join an exciting business in a brand newly created role, which offers fantastic career development.
Salary, Package & Benefits
£42K basic
Uncapped commission scheme with £62K+ OTE expected

The Role – Sales Manager
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the purpose of the role of Sales Manager is to lead, drive and develop an established team of office-based Sales Executives.
The role will involve:
Day to day management of teams activities
Take ownership of the financial business targets
Proactively manage outbound sales and marketing campaigns
Be responsible for the growth and success of the sales team
Regular meetings with team members, as well as formal performance appraisals
Reporting business MI and forecasts
The Successful Candidate
Must have previous experience of managing an office or call centre based sales team
Will bring fresh ideas to the table
Be able to demonstrate developing people
Have experience of training and coaching
Be prepared to work ‘at the coal face’ and lead from the front
Must have the drive to increase profits and revenue
Be passionate about getting the best out of people
