Job Description

Would you like to work part time for an inspiring charity who support young people with autism or learning disabilities to gain skills and thrive in the world of work?

You will be providing admin support to a team of tutors and employment coaches in an educational setting. The programme provides class room based training to young people around employability and functional skills. They are then supported into a work experience placement. You will be working in the background to support this project to have an amazing impact:

Process Access to Work claims via DWP.
Track and coordinate EHCP plan reviews
Minute taking for staff / learner meetings.
Office management tasks – such as overseeing health and safety
General office duties such as filing, copying, processing invoices, and dealing with stakeholders.
It is 22.5 hours per week based in Ealing. These hours can be spread over the whole week or you can work 3 days which can be discussed with your line manager.

You must have worked within administration with a similar setting such as education, employability, apprenticeships, or a charity. Or you might have a strong admin background and could have worked on the front line within SEND (such as a learning support assistant).
