About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA): We are seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a thriving primary school in Haringey. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fulfilling role that involves supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will be working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and support, taking on a leadership role in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons, and covering classes when needed. This role is ideal for someone confident, adaptable, and looking to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Application Requirements:

• Must hold HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and lead classes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Lead small group interventions to support student progress.
• Provide cover for class teachers as needed.
• Assist in assessing and monitoring student progress.
• Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
