HRBP - Rewards


Location: Commutable to one of our Locations (Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Crewe, Shropshire etc) Flexible Hybrid working arrangements.
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 17pm (With flexibility to WFH)

The Role: As HR BP - Rewards, you will be the architect behind our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals while enhancing employee engagement and retention. Youll have the opportunity to shape the way we reward our people, offering benefit packages that not only attract top talent but also keep our existing team satisfied, energised and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop and implement a competitive reward and benefits strategy that reflects our commitment to being an employer of choice in the food industry.
  • Compensation Management: Oversee salary structures, annual pay reviews, and bonus schemes to ensure they are fair, competitive, and aligned with market trends.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage a suite of benefits, including health and wellness programs, pension schemes, and employee discounts, tailored to the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of our rewards and benefits offerings, making data-driven decisions to continually enhance our programs.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with UK regulations and best practices, adapting to any changes in legislation.
  • Employee Engagement: Act as a key player in driving employee satisfaction through effective communication and education about our rewards and benefits offerings.
  • Market Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor practices to ensure we stay ahead in offering innovative and attractive rewards packages.

Who Were Looking For:

  • Experience: You will need a proven track record in HR, leading on compensation, reward and benefits, ideally within the food, retail, or FMCG industries.
  • Expertise: Understanding of UK employment law, tax regulations, and market trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make recommendations that drive business outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels, from front-line colleagues to senior leadership.
  • Innovation: A creative thinker who can develop new and exciting ways to reward and engage employees.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working at pace, in an ever-changing environment where flexibility and quick thinking are key.
