You'll get the chance to prepare service charge budgets for clients, read leases and prepare documentation, organise site works and attend insurance inspections.

Salary: up to £35,000 depending on skills, experience & qualifications

Ideally you will have experience working within a property environment, able to read & understand leases, have knowledge of landlord / tenant legislation, property law, etc.
