The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Program consists of three rotations, where you'll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

Your 1st rotation will be as part of the core Offshore Asset Management team, allowing you to develop an understanding of how the business works and provide you with broad exposure to all the functions and stakeholders that support the operations of our portfolio. Your 2nd and 3rd rotations are aimed at providing you with a deeper insight into key areas that allow us to optimize the business, these could include Finance, Commercial, and or Permitting, Environmental and Marine Affairs. One of these rotations could potentially be based in Copenhagen.

You'll play an important role in:
  • developing the annual asset budget
  • collaborating with joint venture partners
  • developing opportunities with cross-functional teams
  • supporting risk management activities
  • presenting updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you:
  • are delivery orientated, capable of executing discrete workstreams and initiatives effectively
  • A maximum of 1 year of full-time, relevant work experience between your Master's completion and 2 September 2025 OR a maximum of 1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience between your Bachelor's completion and 2 September 2025
  • have completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business, finance, or STEM related field by 2 nd of September 2025 or have equivalent experience
  • demonstrate creative thinking and take an innovative approach to problem-solving
  • have an analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate and extract insights from an asset's business case
  • have a structured and organized approach to managing workload, contracts, and engagement with stakeholders
  • have strong presentation skills, including comfort with communicating to senior stakeholders in both formal and informal settings

While we imagine you must have completed a degree by 2 September 2025, in a range of disciplines, we are also open to candidates with transferable skills, relevant experiences, or different qualification.

Please note that you're expected to do some travelling in relation to your work, as you'll Semi-regular travel to field locations and offices around the Northeast approximately once a month, as well as 1-2 trips per year to Denmark.
