Our company is seeking an Industrial Electrician for our quarry located in New Braunfels, TX. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical repair and maintenance, maintaining proper tool/parts inventory, completing maintenance projects to ensure production goals, ensuring equipment repairs are performed accurately to manufacturer standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Perform electrical repair and maintenance involving disassembly, overhaul, assembly, and adjustments of crushing and screening components
  • Maintain proper tool/parts inventory for specified jobs
  • Complete maintenance projects in a timely manner to ensure production goals
  • Ensure that all equipment repairs are performed accurately to the manufacturer standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For:

  • Industrial electrical experience required
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or certification strongly preferred
  • Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience a plus
  • Some welding experience preferred
  • MSHA Part 46 training a plus
  • High school diploma or GED a plus

Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting, repetitive motions, lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, capable of wearing respiratory and other personal protective equipment
