About the Program:

Cubbo Brasil is looking for a promising talent to join our Trainee Program in the Onboarding and Retention department. Over 18 months, you will gain hands-on, immersive experience across various strategic areas of the company. This program aims to develop a future leader, providing a broad vision of our business and preparing you for key positions in the future.By the end of the program, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of Cubbo's operations and will be able to contribute strategically to the company’s growth.


Duration: 18 month

Modality: Job rotation


Areas of Rotation:

Sales: You will learn how to identify business opportunities, understand the sales cycle, and build and maintain strategic relationships with e-commerce brands. This phase will develop your negotiation skills and expand your knowledge of the market and Cubbo.


Onboarding: Onboarding is a crucial step in ensuring the success of the brands that use our services. You will be responsible for guiding new brands through the integration process, helping them configure and use our systems and platforms to maximize their efficiency, conducting training, and providing support during the Go Live period.


Customer Support: In this stage, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the best possible support, handling problem resolution, and continuously improving our processes. Managing tickets and resolving complex cases will be central to this area.


Customer Relationship: You will directly interact with Cubbo’s key clients, developing your communication skills and resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. Here, you will learn the importance of direct customer interaction and how to deliver value in every interaction.


IT (Information Technology): During your time in this area, you will have the opportunity to learn how our technological platforms are developed and maintained, as well as collaborate with support and system development teams (OMS and WMS).


Operations: In this area, you will have direct contact with the logistics behind our operations, following stock management, product picking, and shipping processes. The experience in the distribution center will be crucial to understanding fulfillment processes and optimizing operations.


Finance: Here, you will learn about Cubbo’s financial planning, cost control, and budget management, as well as develop a solid understanding of financial reports and accounting indicator analysis.

Candidate Profile:We are looking for a proactive young professional with analytical skills and critical thinking, interested in building a solid career in the e-commerce and logtech sector. The ability to work in a team, solve problems creatively, and a willingness to learn and continuously develop are essential for success in the program and at a Startup!


Requirements:

- Strong desire to learn and make an impact.

- Willingness to learn (yes, this is a repetition of item 1. We seek people who are hungry for knowledge).

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Proactivity, customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving attitude.

- Recently graduated between 2023 - 2025.

- Immediate start.

- Car and Driver's License (B category).

- Fluent English.

- Hybrid work model: availability to work two days a week in the office or warehouse.

*Full-time presence required during the first 2 months of Job Rotation.

*Our warehouses are located in Embu das Artes and Lapa, São Paulo.


You will stand out if:

- Knowledge of logistics and/or e-commerce operations.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Nuvemshop, etc.).

- Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Knowledge of tax intricacies in Brazil.


What We Offer:- Contract Regime:

> PJ: BRL 7,500 gross monthly + BRL 1,000 support allowance (or based on need); OR

> CLT: BRL 3,500 gross monthly + meal ticket of BRL 32.50 per day and transport allowance as needed.
