Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Requirement Management.

Take the initiative to communicate with business department heads and 3PL warehouse suppliers on business arrangements, initiate the work related to demand docking and landing including demand template preparation, demand analysis, demand docking and feedback mechanism, automated sub-ordering, etc., to enhance the efficiency of 3PL suppliers' material usage and cost saving;

2. Category management.

Carry out category management work for different procurement categories and output category analysis reports that match the business status and goals to guide the project procurement strategy;

3. Material supplier management&Cost & Quality & Delivery Closed Loop Management:

Combined with the category management strategy, formulate a hierarchical supplier management strategy, including supplier list management, access thresholds, performance assessment, grading application rules, etc., continuously update the supplier resource pool, adhere to the implementation of the mechanism of elimination of the fittest, and maintain a long-term and effective supplier competition atmosphere;

4. Contract risk management:

Build a contract risk management system to reduce business risk losses and protect interests by identifying, evaluating, controlling and monitoring all kinds of risks in the contract during the process of contract signing, fulfilment, change and termination;

5. Integrity procurement management:

According to the Group's relevant integrity management and procurement management policies, identify risk points and land team integrity management construction, avoid corruption risks and ensure the integrity, transparency and fairness of the procurement process;

6. Team management & capacity building:

Through the selection, training, employment, retention and other related standards and mechanisms, enhance the team's procurement professionalism and business delivery capabilities, to achieve the team's goals.


Job Requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, preferably in logistics management, supply chain management, procurement management, international logistics and international trade;

2. 8 or more years of work experience, including at least 5 years of procurement management experience, 2 or more years of cross-functional (non-procurement) management experience, 0-1 built procurement & administrative & material management experience is preferred;

3. good at identifying and solving problems, excellent business negotiation skills, good at organization and coordination, strong communication skills;

4. good logical thinking and analytical ability, with good comprehensive management ability and resilience;

5. experience in warehousing and logistics, Internet factories, etc. is preferred;

6. willing to travel to meet business needs;

7. Language requirements: Chinese & English / Chinese & Portuguese, either bilingual fluency is preferred.
