We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for beauty and an interest in learning about trade marketing, communication and PR.

Responsibilities:

Support Trade Marketing Operations:

• Assist in the preparation of trade marketing reports and PR reports.
• Help coordinate the creation of trade marketing materials, including presentations, tools, and newsletters, in both French and English.
• Support the Head of Trade Marketing and the team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operational needs.
• Collaborate on the development of PR materials, ensuring all communication aligns with brand guidelines and values.

Presentation and Content Development:

• Design high-quality presentations in Canva to be used for internal and external purposes, ensuring consistency with brand image.
• Work on the copywriting for trade marketing tools in both English and French, with a focus on creating engaging and impactful messaging for our audience.

Coordination and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the trade marketing department and other teams (PR, sales, marketing) to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
• Support the coordination of press events and other marketing activities, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• A passion for the beauty industry, ideally with experience in makeup or cosmetics.
• Proficiency in Canva for creating visually appealing presentations.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
• A first experience or internship within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about working in a luxury brand environment and supporting brand visibility.
