Job Description

Job Summary:

The Lead Recruiter oversees the entirety of the recruitment process for executive, senior and leadership roles. Working closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. In order to attract talented individuals, they proactively search for potential candidates using a variety of methods with emphasis on sourcing and networking strategies. The Lead Recruiter meticulously evaluates resumes and conducts initial screenings to identify the most suitable candidates. Furthermore, they collaborate with the HR team to drive compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.


Responsibilities:

  • Leads the way in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Provides unwavering support to meet the talent needs of the business.
  • Engages proactively with candidates, fostering strong connections.
  • Initiates the proactive development of a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Determines and employs appropriate sourcing techniques.
  • Takes the lead in implementing improvements to the recruiting process.
  • Supports initiatives in alignment with Clearwater's employee value proposition, e.g., social media, events, etc.
  • Executes a high-touch process that prioritises unique sourcing approaches and career advisory practices to successfully fill requisitions annually, emphasising candidate quality over quantity.
  • Maintains an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and consistently achieves key recruiting metrics, including time to fill, diversity, internal promotions, cost per hire, and other focal metrics.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
  • Earns a reputation as a trusted advisor and seasoned partner, extending beyond the leaders they collaborate with.
  • Builds an extensive network and leveraging connections to self-source and engage passive candidates for pipeline development and maintenance.
  • Takes charge of leading recruiting events and representing CWAN with finesse.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reporting, analytics, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Office location: Mayfair, moving to Moorgate in December
  • 4 days/week in office



Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant end-to-end recruiting experience
  • Able to manage multiple and diverse roles simultaneously
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Demonstrates technical proficiency in HRIS software and systems.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills.
  • Manages branding avenues for growing companies.
  • Collaborates effectively and works in cross-functional teams.
  • Recruiting Experience for Sales, Leadership, Executive, Finance and Accounting roles.
  • Experience working for a FinTech/SaaS/software company, preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
