We are recruiting for our client, an award winning PR agency in London. They are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong, collaborative relationships, and serving as a brand advocate within the agency.
- Assist in developing and delivering strategic social media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular client meetings to share updates, gather feedback, and ensure consistency with the overall brand strategy.
- Oversee a team of social media executives, content managers, and community managers, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Effectively delegate tasks, providing clear guidance and support to team members.
- Review and approve content calendars, ensuring consistency with client messaging and brand tone.
- Oversee the entire process of social media campaigns, from concept creation to post-campaign analysis.
- Track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven optimizations to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Work closely with the content team to create engaging, relevant content that aligns with the client's brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Stay informed about new social media trends, platforms, and technologies, integrating them into client strategies where relevant.
- Produce detailed reports on social media performance, offering clients insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the success of social media campaigns.
- Present findings to both clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
