Job Title: Paid Social Executive

Location: We're remote-first (meaning we'd never ask you to come in for set days a week), but we'd love to see you in our London office on occasion for team days, collaborative working and if you need somewhere to work ahead of socials!

Salary: £25k

Your responsibilities will include:

• Paid Social Campaign Management: Strategise, execute, and monitor paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Audience Targeting: Conduct thorough research to define and reach target audiences with precision.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with widers teams to develop compelling ad creatives, messaging, and visuals.
• Performance Optimisation: Continuously analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
• A/B Testing: Experiment with different ad formats, targeting options, and creative elements to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on social media advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of campaigns.
• Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about industry regulations and platform policies to ensure ad compliance.
• Adaptability: Respond to changing market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required experience to apply:

• 1 year of Paid Social experience.
