Job Title: Social Content Creative

Location: London, United Kingdom - Hybrid 3 days in 2 out

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Circa £45-50k


We are working with one of the most prominent ad agency in Central London supporting the expansion and quality of their social creative output. We are hunting for a Social Creative all-rounder who can concept against brand vision and take concept through execution and delivery.


Someone with a portfolio of big brand social output (automotive experience a big plus) would suit - someone confident at shooting and directing fast moving social ideas - with motion design and edit skillz preferably.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Creative to join our team, working on a high-profile automotive account. This role demands a blend of conceptual thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to independently develop and deliver social creative ideas that resonate with audiences. The ideal candidate will be proficient in shooting, directing, and editing video content, as well as incorporating motion graphics and design elements to enhance the final output.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and compelling social creative ideas that align with the brand’s objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Execute creative concepts through various media, including video production, motion graphics, and digital design.
  • Plan, shoot, and direct high-quality video content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Edit video content to create polished, engaging final products, incorporating sound design, color grading, and visual effects as needed.
  • Apply motion graphics and design elements to enhance video content, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing output.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and clients to ensure all content meets strategic objectives and exceeds client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to continuously improve content quality and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and executed creative work.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute creative ideas independently, from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong video production skills, including shooting, directing, and editing.
  • Experience with motion graphics and the ability to apply them effectively to video content.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working on automotive or similar high-profile accounts.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and the type of content that performs best on each.
  • Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
