About the Role

My client, a London-based insurance firm, is seeking an L&D Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of HR this role will be responsible for the full L&D remit for the organisation, across all areas and all levels of the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create the annual training plan
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify skills gaps and training requirements
  • Design and deliver training as well as sourcing and partnering with external providers
  • Lead all early-careers initiatives including the apprenticeship programme
  • Manage the annual training budget


About You

I am looking for experienced L&D specialists, with experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach, a curious nature and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Sound knowledge of L&D best practice
  • Experience of implementing organisation-wide L&D activities and initiatives
  • Experience of creating and delivering training to a range of group sizes and demographics
  • Good IT proficiency and experience using an LMS
