Marketing Manager - Insurance
Salary - £50,000 to £60,000 base
Location - London
Hybrid 3 days working in the office 2 days from home.
My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with various departments, including Underwriting, Claims, Risk Control, and Distribution, to craft and execute marketing strategies that resonate with our clients and broker partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define marketing needs and develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop proposition-based messaging that strengthens our market position and supports product differentiation.
- Lead the creation of digital content, including thought leadership articles, blogs, and social media posts, to enhance brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Organize and execute major industry events, such as BIBA and AIRMIC, taking charge of messaging and brand delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our marketing approach and support business growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong presentation, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
- Proficient in CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools, with experience in web and e-marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential.
