Favourite People are working with an establsihed and ambitious B2B digital marketing agency - they are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join their team and lead their sales efforts to the next level.


This agency specialise in providing innovative digital marketing solutions to businesses looking to scale their online presence. With a strong focus on data-driven strategies, cutting-edge technology, and personalised marketing approaches, they empower their clients to achieve measurable success in a competitive marketplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across various industries by building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Streamline and improve the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with the marketing, account management, and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales role, preferably within a B2B digital marketing
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) and how they solve clients’ business challenges.
