Financial Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for a new Recruitment Consultant based in London to focus on recruiting financial traders for prestigious finance and investment management companies across Europe and the Americas. You'll be working closely with the London Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

● Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of candidates

● Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and company intel

● Source, qualify, and conduct interviews ensuring technical and cultural fit for all client requirements

● Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases

● Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards.

Who Are You?

● A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills

● Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, ideally in the financial industry

Competitive salary: starting from £28k per annum (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission
