What the role entails:


As a Senior Account Manager at Remobi, you'll be leading the relationship with our largest and most vital client—a partnership we've proudly nurtured for over six years. This client generates the highest revenue for our company, and with our ongoing investment in nearshore operations, the growth potential is substantial. The role also offers exciting travel opportunities to help you connect with stakeholders across different locations ✈️.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing and growing the relationship with our top client
  • Collaborating with a dedicated client services team to deliver exceptional results
  • Driving the strategic direction of the account to maximize growth opportunities
  • Ensuring the seamless delivery of recruitment solutions, particularly in DevOps, Cloud, and Software
  • Maintaining strong client communication and handling key escalations when necessary


You will have:


  • Proven experience managing large enterprise accounts
  • A solid understanding of tech recruitment, particularly in DevOps, Cloud, and Software fields
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • A proactive approach to client relationship management
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
