Key Responsibilities:

• Curate social media content calendars for units across Europe (UK, France, Spain, Monaco, Greece)
• Optimise and update digital platforms
• Manage and engage with online communities
• Monitor platform performance and adapt strategies accordingly
• Develop content in line with marketing strategies for COYA, Chanca by COYA, and COYA Music
• Work with top creative talents
• Assist HR, Music, and other departments with content and collateral creation
• Utilise social listening tools and analytics to enhance engagement

What We’re Looking For:

• A team player with the ability to collaborate globally
• A self-starter who is proactive and takes ownership
• A strong understanding of social and digital media platforms, trends, and content effectiveness
• Skilled in basic photo and video tools and smart devices
• Knowledge of French and/or Spanish is a plus (but not required)

Location: A combination of on site in our venues and our corporate office in Soho.
