Job Description: Aesthetic Receptionist

Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics in London

Hours: Up to 18 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour

Additional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on days not worked

Potential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, the position could become a full-time role

Schedule of Work:

• Monday AM: Chelsea Clinic
• Monday PM: (per agreed) Knightsbridge clinic
• Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic
• Maximum of 6-hour shifts

Must be experienced in Aesthetics and Pabau CRM systems

Responsibilities:

• Independent and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in marketing, social media, and Microsoft processes
• Answering calls and addressing patient enquiries via phone, email, and social media
• Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic
• Booking appointments and managing patient expectations
• Adhering to escalation policies to senior staff
• Contributing ideas to enhance the brand's presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments

Requirements:

• Immediate availability for the right candidate
• Highly organised and ambitious
• Willingness to work independently
• Experience in aesthetics and CRM system Pabau
• Familiarity with marketing, social media, and CRM systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
